In accordance with its aims, INES organises workshops to help disseminate research and facilitate multidisciplinary discussions on historical or current issues connected with European Social Democracy. Although in its infancy, INES encourages anyone interested in arranging a conference with the support of, or through, INES to get in touch with more details. First INES Colloquia, Royal Holloway, University of London, September 2010

The first INES colloquia was held on the 2 September 2010 at Royal Holloway, University of London. Attended by a number of doctoral researchers, established academics - including our keynote speaker Dr Simon Lightfoot - and professionals from across Europe, the conference aimed to cement INES as a force within the discipline of European Social Democracy, identify areas of future work, and seek ways of expanding INES.
